H - harmonised wiring (协调系统电线)

A - nationally recognised wiring (国家认可电线)

UO：表任一绝缘导体和“地”(电缆的金属护层或周围介质)之间的电压有效值。

U：表多芯电缆或单芯电缆系统任何两相导体之间电压的有效值。
